She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jinks Lilley and Annie Mae Harris Lilley; her husband Joseph Louis; her daughter Wanda Lynn Woolard; and her siblings, Oscar, Jatha, Robert Lilley, Nellie Tetterton, Mary Woolard and Lena Boyd.
She is survived by: her son Lewis H. Woolard of Washington; her sisters, Minnie Burford of Washington and Margaret Manning (Jimmie) of Washington; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
