He is survived by: his spouse Joan Patricia Smith; his son Gregory Lee Leggett (Valinda) of Washington; his grandchildren, Ryan Thaddous Leggett, Kayla Michelle Leggett and Joseph Brent Pilgreen; his great grandchild Charlotte Leggett; and his siblings, Marshal Wayne Leggett (Patricia) of Raleigh, Cecil Ray Leggett of Bath and Geraldine Dixon of Washington.
