Mitchell of Washington, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Warren and Doris Gray Willis Warren; her husband Donald Brown "Duck" Mitchell; her children, Emily Ruth Ann Lilley (Mark) of Washington and Venessa Ann Jennings (Erick) of Pantego; her stepson John Kalob Mitchell of Washington; her sisters, Kristie Warren Nixon (Jason) of Vanceboro and Laurie Warren Jackson (Berker) of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, Will Thomas Mitchell, Savanna Lilley, Aidam Lilley, Adrian Williams and Kadijah Lilley; and her sister Rita Gayle Williams. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly asks for memorial contributions to be made to the Terry Mitchell Memorial Fund to help offset her medical expenses.
