She was predeceased by: her parents, William Odell Flynn and Mary Belle Daughtery Flynn; her husband Herman Phillips Cutler; her siblings, Doris Wingate Rogers, Steve Flynn and Leroy Flynn; and her stepbrothers, James Allen and Durwood Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Cutler (Cecilia) of Chocowinity, Donna Woolard (Toby) of Washington, Denise Cutler Kosto (Jeff) of Washington and Karen Cutler Ward (Ed) of Washington; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cutler Braddy (James), Jordy Cutler, Cortney Woolard, Toby Woolard, Jr. (Crystal), Kristen Sawyer (Rick), Kelli Kosto, David Cutler, Jr. (Morgan) and Casey Cutler; her great grandchildren, Lindsey Moore, Seth Reason, Lydia Woolard, Breanna Sawyer, Bailee Sawyer, Addison Cutler, Emma Cutler and Nora Braddy; her brother John Flynn; and her stepsister Carolyn Evans.
