It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steelion Whichard (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather James Larry Phelps; and his great-grandparent Bill Mayo. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Lee Whichard of Aurora and Crystal Gail Phelps Andrew of Washington; his stepfather Kenneth Andrew of Washington; his siblings, Chase William Andrew (Lilly) of Wahiawa, HI, Zachary William Andrew (Sofia Estrela) of Norfolk, VA and Macy Andrew (Tripp Dixon) of Washington; his grandparents, Elaine Phelps Johnson, Bill Johnson of Robersonville, Linda, Brad Miller of Washington, Suzanne Whichard of Chocowinity, Steve and Sue Bonner of Washington; his great-grandparent Myra Mayo of Aurora; and his niece Kenleigh Dixon of Washington.
