He is survived by: his mother Mildred Brooks Bowers of Pactolus, NC; his wife Linda P Bowers; his sons, Wesley (Stephanie) of Washington, NC and Brad (Mandy) of Grimesland, NC; his siblings, Neta Beacham (Gary) of Nebo, NC and Edmond Bowers (Patricia) of Pactolus, NC; his parents-in-law, Lisa Beacham (Andy), Scott Browning (Phyllis), Winnie O'Neal (Steve) and Tawney Alger; and his grandchildren, Shayna, Braxton, Samantha and Caleb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
