It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Jane Whichard McRoy of Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Paul Whichard, Sr. and Rosa Vainwright Whichard; and her husband Edmond David McRoy, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Gamber (William) of Washington and Sandy Wayne (Tony) of Vanceboro; her grandchildren, Laura Ann Wayne of Chocowinity, Melissa Nicole Gamber of Washington and Daniel Ray Wayne (Destinee) of Chocowinity; her great grandchildren, Colton Ray Wayne and Elizabeth Ann Wayne; and her siblings, Betsy Whichard of Stantonsburg and Kenneth Paul Whichard, Jr. (Coral) of Greenville.
