He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Banks and Patty Banks; his wife Dr. Teressa Windley Banks; and his brother Tracy Banks. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Banks (Michelle), Brittany Thompson (Josh) and Kaitlyn Mauldin (Sam); his grandchildren, Lily Thompson, Oliver Thompson and Isabella Banks; and his siblings, Bert Banks, Kathy Spallone, Susan Cleve, LouFaye Brown, Pat Crompton and Brant Banks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
