He was predeceased by: his father Fred Winford Meece. He is survived by: his mother Faye Wilson Meece; his sister Sherry Meece Allgood (William) of Camden, S. C.; his nephew William Noel Allgood II of Humble, TX; and his niece Allison Allgood Deaton (Mark) of Cayce, S. C..
