He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lee Brann and Mimmie Dora Henderson Brann; and his siblings, James, Billy, Alex Lee Brann, Hilda B. Garrison and Agnus Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Faye Ball; his children, Eddie Carraway (Teresa) of Winterville, Lorie Wallace (Louis) of Bethel, Terry Grimsley (Mark) of Clarksville, TN, Kim Smith (Jason) of Washington and Larry Ingalls (Stephanie) of Washington; and his siblings, Fred Brann (Loraine) of Snow Hill, Jerry Brann (Carol) of Fountain and Faye Tyndall of Snow Hill.
