He is survived by: his wife Melba Ray Tetterton; his sons, Raymond "Ricky" Carrow, Jr. of Chocowinity, Tony Ray Carrow (Lisa Jane Carrow) of Pinetown and Paul Wilson Carrow (Paula Carrow) of Washington; his grandsons, Shawn Benjamin Carrow, Daniel Christopher Carrow and Matthew Joseph Carrow; and his siblings, Ernestine Armstrong, Snody Carrow, Rayvon Carrow and Johnnie Carrow.
