He is survived by: his wife Tammy Alligood Harris; his sons, Raybon Cortez Harris III (Catherine) of Washington, NC and Casey Shawn Harris (Tabita Chavez) of Washington, NC; and his brothers, Wesley Harris of Williamston, NC and Ricky Harris of Cary, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
