He was predeceased by: his brother Jonathan Miles Barbre; his grandparents, Ray Sinclair Barbre, Sr, Julia Venters Howell, Mary Paul and Oliver J. Credle; and his aunts, Julia Elizabeth Barbre and Emily Credle Wilroy.
He is survived by: his parents, Ray Sinclair Barbre, Jr. (Becky) of Kinston, NC and Nellie "Nell" Miles Credle of Washington, NC; his half-sister Morgan Barbre of Kinston, NC; and his uncle Paul Credle of Tullahoma, TN.
