He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Charles Nepper and Mary Alice Nepper; his brother James C. Nepper; his son-in-law Nick Florence; his stepson Timothy Edward Walker; and his pets, Willy and Blade.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his daughter Debbie Florence; his stepchildren, Sherrie Thigpen (David), Sheila Walker Davis and Gerald Perry; his nephew Jim Nepper; and his niece Sharon Gooding (Scott). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
