She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" A. Ayers; her son Steven R. Ayers (Jody) of Winterville; her sister Thelma Joyce J. Bullard of Fayetteville; her sister-in-law Linda Jackson of Robersonville; her brother Fernando S. Jackson of Washington; and her granddaughters, Samantha and Megan Ayers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
