It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearlie Murray Thompson (Washington, North Carolina), born in Plymouth, North Carolina, who passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murray and Minnie Murray; her son Minister Rickey Thompson; and her husband Bishop Jessie Thompson Jr.. She is survived by: her son Jesse Earl Thompson (Brenda); her sisters, Gracie Clark and Lillie Jones; her grandchildren, Jesse A. Thompson, Scott D. Thompson and Avery S. Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Brenton I. Thompson, Jazaiah Thompson and Ahvian Raymond. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
