It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti W. Campbell (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on January 22, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Allen Woodell and Hazel Janet Adcox Woodell; her husband John T. "Tommy" Campbell, Jr.; and her siblings, Sandy Ruckert, Vicky Woodell and Isaac Woodell.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Costa Elefheriou and Lee Hodges; her children, Janet Eleftheriou (George) of Richmond, VA, Susan Hodges (Gray) of Washington, Jack Campbell (Joan) of Washington, Edward Lee Campbell of Paris, France, James Campbell (Shanna) of Washington and Patrick Campbell (Tammy) of Washington; her grandchildren, Elena Talley, Grayson Hodges, Allen Hodges of Raleigh, NC, Jay Campbell of Raleigh and Shane Carter of Washington; and her sister Ginger Oates (Keith) of Morehead City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church or to the church or charity of the donor's choice.
