She is survived by: her parents, Herman Windley and Emma Windley of Washington, NC; her children, Wayne Windley of Washington, NC, Derek Lee (Me'Chele) of Raleigh, NC and Latoya Bryant (Jamie) of Greenville, NC; her grandchildren, Clover Lee, Deren Lee and Jaime Bryant; her husband Bennie "Jack" Starkie of Washington, NC; her siblings, Nita Williams (Ronald) of Washington, NC, Shirley Loomes of Chase City, VA and Herman Windley Jr. of Raleigh, NC; her mother-in-law Mary Starkie of Chocowinity, NC; and her godchildren, Quinteria Hill, Keith Keyes and Keisha Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
