He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophelia Williams, Sr. and Dallas Hall Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Herbert Williams of Temple Hills, MD and Cynthia Lowe Oridge of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
