He is survived by: his wife Polly Barbour Miller; his children, Horace Norman Miller, Jr. (Penny) of Washington, Gary Thomas Miller (Lisa) of Bath and Lori Miller Prescott (Mack) of New Bern; his brother Leavy Miller (Judy) of Nashville, NC; and his grandchildren, Erica Henthorn (Luke), Mack Prescott (Samantha), Horace Caleb Miller (Ashley), Joshua Miller, Kelly Wilson (Jamie), Daniel Miller and Sarah Sparks (Miles). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
