She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Garvey Everett and Hilda Valarie Whitley; and her husband James William Roberson, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, James W. "Rusty" Roberson, Jr. (Debra) of Washington and Kathryn Ann "Kathy" Wynne (Don) of Plymouth; her sisters, Hilda E. Respess of Pantego and Kathryn E. Singleton (Graham) of Garner; her grandchildren, Suzanne Perry (Keith) of Raleigh, Emily Lindsey (Tyler) of Raleigh, James Roberson III (Rebeca Harrison) of Williamston, Lauren Mizelle (Travis) of Windsor and Ensley Woolard (Jessica) of Washington; her great grandchildren, Trey Mizelle, Rilynn Woolard, Brently Woolard and Holden Perry; her granddaughter Nancy Waters; and her close friend Norma.
