He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John B. Moore and Ruby Paul Moore; his wife Angela Buck; his sons, John of Washington and Griffin Moore of Washington; and his brothers, Mike Boyd of Washington and Mark Moore of Raleigh, N. C..
