She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Matthews and Ara B. Matthews; her husband Scott Beasley; her daughter Angela F. Beasley; and her grandson Christopher Neal Beasley.
She is survived by: her children, Howard K. Beasley (Vickie) of Williamsburg, VA, Sandra B. Atkins (William) of Durham and Terry L. Beasley (Sonja) of Chocowinity; her siblings, Lynette M. Parker (Bobby) of Fayetteville, Dale Matthews (Robbie) of Fayetteville and Kenneth Matthews (Elizabeth) of Fayetteville; her grandson Will Atkins of Hickory; her great grandchild Aniston Atkins; and also, Josh Ayers and Ethen Ayers.
