He was predeceased by: his parent Layfette B. Harris. He is survived by: his parent Francis Pauline Harris; and his children, David Ray Harris of Washington, NC, Daniel W. Harris (Ashley) of Mechanicsville, Virginia, Matt Harris and Donna Carol Mcleod (Mike) of Paducah. He is also survived by one sister, one brother, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
