He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leonard Parker, Sr. of Weldon, NC and Grace Adelaide Jackson Parker of Washington, NC.; his brother Robert Leonard 'Bob Parker, Jr.; his sister-in-law Ann Brinkley Parker; his sister Martha Elizabeth Parker Worthington; and his brother-in-law Darrell Vernon Worthington.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Williams of Washington, NC; his children, Susan Parker of Winterville, James Winfield 'Jim Parker (Kimberly Cherré Jordan) of Greenville and Helen "Grace" Parker Cleveland (Eric James Cleveland) of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Parker Grace Cleveland and Jake Nicholas Cleveland. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
