He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stephenson Speller and Virginia Gray Corey Speller; his sisters, Donna McGee and Beth White; and his brothers-in-law, Mac McGee and Joe White.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Bunting; his sons, Christopher Michael Speller of Williamston, Cody Allen Speller (Brooke) of Williamston and Corey Michelle Speller (Hunter Lilley-Coward) of Winterville; his siblings, Gary Speller (Bonnie) of Everetts and Dorinda Nicholson (Nick) of Williamston; and his grandchildren, Leighton Speller, Miller Lilley-Coward, Everly Speller and Vivian Lilley-Coward.
