She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlton and Cealia Grice Jones; and her siblings, Franklin, Benjamin, Joseph, Walter and Ruby Jones Lawrence.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Jones Bonner (Robert) and Deborah Jones Cobb (Alonza); her grandchildren, Keturah, Aiyanna, Shamaiya and Alesha; her great grandchildren, Azjah, Cameron, Simeon and Sydney; her siblings, Celia Jones Boyd, Ashanti Jones and Milton Jones (Leesa); and her goddaughter Glenda Tatum (Mildred Downing).
