She is survived by: her father David Snider; her husband Kevin Hazelwood; her daughters, Nicky McCutcheon (Kevin) of Pinetown, NC and Amanda Stewart (Caleb) of Cary, NC; and her grandchildren, Maddox Stewart, Camden McCutcheon, Mackenzie McCutcheon, Olivia and Hazel Stewart.
