Sayers (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jasper Taylor and Ann Maria Ingalls Taylor; her siblings, Mae Everett, Pete Taylor and Delmus Taylor; her children-in-law, Michelle Gountikas and Ken Woolard; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Taylor and Linda Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Leon Sayers; her children, Grace Cox of Washington, William Gountikas of Plymouth and Sandra Woolard of Washington; her siblings, Faye Appoloney (Pete Appoloney) of Greenville, Jackie Ayers (Donald Ayers) of Williamston and Lonnie Taylor of Chocowinity; and her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Cox, Abigail Gountikas Potter (Anderson Potter), Dakota Rain Woolard, Hunter Zachary Woolard and Stori Elizabeth Woolard.
