She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Charles Price and Hilda Rosemond Jones Price; her spouse Jerry Eugene Woolard; her son Jerry Eugene "Buster" Woolard, Jr.; and her siblings, Lillie Mae Steeley, Emma Price Sanders, Hilda Price Perez, James Harold Price and Charles Hendrix Price.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa W. Taylor (Scottie) of Pinetown, Barbara W. Sullivan of Washington and Josh Woolard of Raleigh; and her brother Henry Clyde Price. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
