It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Hopkins (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Brown and Myrtle Tetterton Brown; her spouse Bennie Ray Hopkins; her siblings, Hilda B. Melvin, Edna B. Toler, James "Tommy" Brown, Samuel Brown and Robert Brown; and her nephews, Timothy L. Brown and James "Geary" Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Susan Hopkins Williams; her grandchildren, Morgan W. Cutler (Dave Cutler) and Parker B. Williams; her great grandchild Caroline G. Cutler; and her nephew Ronnie L. Brown.
