We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 79, Mary Jo Latham of Washington, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell E. Dixon and Josephine Jones Dixon; her former husband Russell Guthrie Jr.; and her husband Marvin Latham Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Linda Lewis of Chocowinity, NC; her niece Michelle Lewis Brown of Washington, NC; her nephew Daniel Lee Lewis (Tracy) of New Bern; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhesa Jo Sparrow Walston, Taylor Lewis Scott, Tori Lewis Chavez, Maegan Muse, Melana Griffee, Cameron David Sparrow and Ashton Muse; and also, Breelyn Josephine Walston, Helen Elisabeth Walston, Evangeline Gray Sparrow and Oaklynn Alice Scott.
