He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eubanks and Annie Daugherty Eubanks; and his great grandchild Rylen Eubanks. He is survived by: his children, Rosie E. Douglas (Keith) of Washington, NC, Marvin L. Eubanks (Denise) of Washington, NC and Ted Eubanks (Roberta); his grandchildren, Jonathan Eubanks, Stuart Eubanks, Megan Douglas, Tyler Douglas, Alexandra Eubanks and Sophie Eubanks; his great grandchildren, Levi Eubanks, Luke Eubanks, Morgan Eubanks, MacKenzie Douglas, SaraBeth Woolard, Kyra Toppin, Koen Toppin and Eli Douglas; and his spouse Gisela Villwock Eubanks.
