She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jinks Lilley and Annie Harris Lilley; her spouse Jimmie Wayne Manning; and her siblings, Mark, Oscar, Jatha, Robert Lilley, Nellie Tetterton, Mary Woolard, Lena Boyd and Thelma Woolard.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Wayne Manning (Catherine) of Washington and Olivia Ann Manning of Granite Falls, N. C.; her grandchildren, Will Manning, Matthew Manning, Megan Manning, Randall McAteer and Hunter McAteer; her great grandchildren, Thomas Randy Manning and Corolyn McAteer; and her sister Minnie Burford of Washington.
