It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille A. Baker (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Alligood and Sallie Lilley Alligood; her son Terry Baker; and her siblings, Vernon Alligood, Leslie Alligood, Bennie Alligood, Herman Lee Alligood, Elsie Woolard, Ethel Wallace, Rachel Foreman, Gladys Waters and Virginia Alligood.

She is survived by: her husband William Hilton Baker; her son Larry Baker of Washington, NC; her daughter-in-law Sue Baker of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Amy Baker Bobbitt of Chesapeake, VA, Sandra Baker Godley of Washington and Randy Baker of Chesapeake, VA; and her great grandchildren, Madison Baker, Trey Brunson, Cody Godley, Jake Baker and Ben Baker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
