It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Woolard (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Daniels and Mollie Louise Guthrie Daniels; and her brother Ellis Daniels. She is survived by: her spouse Stewart Woolard; her children, Lucinda Woolard of Washington and Gary Woolard (Colleen "Tootsie") of Elizabeth City; and her grandson Nicholas Woolard (Meredith) of Elizabeth City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
