He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollins Frederick Hetzel, Sr. and Blanche Marjorie Lilley; and his grandson Phillip Allen Stovall. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Henry Hetzel; his daughters, Kimberly Lisa Cote (Christopher) of Pinetown and Heather Lynne Stovall of Kenly; his siblings, Rollins Frederick Hetzel, Jr. (Jean) of The Villages, FL and Deborah Lynne Copp (James) of Comar, PA; his grandchildren, Ellyn Marie Gignilliat, Mallory Lynne Ebner and Angelina Lloyd Cote; and his great grandchildren, Robert Gignilliat V, Archer Gignilliat and Gianna Ebner.
