We bid farewell to Lamon Buck of Washington, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Lamon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamon Romnus Buck and Lucy Clark Buck; his sister Margaret Buck Cherry; his brother-in-law Clifton Wayne Cherry; and his nephew Joshua Wayne Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Freeman Buck; his children, Leslie Cheryl Roberson (Joseph Hoyt Roberson Sr.) and Lamon Franklin Buck, II (Crystal); his brother Walter Wilson Buck, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Joseph Hoyt Roberson Jr., Ian Patrick Roberson, Mary Kate Roberson and Charles Robert Roberson.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Graceway Pentecostal Holiness Church (1047 Slatestone Rd, Washington, NC 27889).
