He is survived by: his pets, Reesie and Buddy; his wife Rita Kay Williams; his son Michel Starnes (Jessica Goldenstein); and his siblings, Dortress Ann Harris (Ken), Miriam "Libbie" Everette (Dale), Valinda Pinkham (Troy), Tracy Ann Rushing (Danny) and Stephen "Steve" Williams (Dara Harper Williams).
