He is survived by: his pets, Buster, Rocky, Princie, Keysha and Nicholas; his significant other Beverly W. Cratch; his brother Sherald L. Cratch of Greensboro; his parents-in-law, Peggy Whitley of Knightdale, Carol W. Dean (Mickey) of Wendell, Avery Whitley of Knightdale and Amy W. Chandler (Jack) of Lincolnton; and his nieces and nephews, Robert Cratch (Madison) of Greensboro, Amber W. Fowler (James) of Knightdale, Brent Whitley (Colby) of Knightdale, Kaiti Chandler (Alex Royster) of Lincolnton and Daniel Whitley (Tiffany Duty) of Zebulon.
