She is survived by: her daughter Layla "Luka" Nichole Modlin (Bryan Allan); her sisters, Heather Brenheny, Rachel Davenport and Tristen Davenport; and her niece Carlie Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donation to assist them with the many bills that have been incurred and to help them with securing her young daughters future.
