She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Omer Warner and Maxine Alligood Warner; and her siblings, Dalton Warner, Sr., Phyllis Little and Juanita Mills.
She is survived by: her husband Johnnie D. Clark; her sons, Johnnie D. Clark, Jr. (Marsha) and Donnie Eugene Clark (Tammie); her grandchildren, Cadin, Justin, Kayla, Dylan and Shane; and her siblings, Gayle Purgason of Williamston, Geraldine Craft of Mount Airy, Jimmy Warner of Washington and Roger Warner of Washington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
