He was predeceased by: his father Clifton Hearn; his sister Jessica Marie Hearn; and his grandparents, Jasper Ray Hannah, Judith Moore and Kay Hearn.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Ann Hannah; his wife Tiffany Dawn Wallace Hearn; his son Justin Thomas "J. T."; and his grandparents, Shirley Hannah, Robert Hearn (Sandra) and Colleen Cahoon.
