He was predeceased by: his grandmother Kathy Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Johnnie D. Clark Jr. and Marsha Smith Clark; his sister Kayla; his grandparents, Douglas Clark, Donnie and Brinda Smith; his aunts and uncles, Eugene, Tammy Clark, Jason, Michelle Hullender, Will and Donna Bradbury; his cousins, Cadin, Dylan, Shane Clark, Alex, Jake Hullender and Ryan Bradbury; and his pet Freya.
