Julia S. Woolard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia S. Woolard (Washington, North Carolina), born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Delamar Sparrow, Sr. and Emma Jay Sadler Sparrow; and her brother Terry Sparrow. She is survived by: her spouse Charles Ellis Woolard, Sr.; her children, Lois W. Keeter (Charlie) of Shacklefords, VA, Debra Mellish (Dewight) of Seaford, VA and Charles E. Woolard, Jr. (Barbara) of Newport News, VA; her brother Stephen Sparrow (Ellen) of Alaska; and her sister-in-law Deb Sparrow of Belhaven. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
