She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Warren Tuten and Hazel Harris Tuten; her husband David "Dave" M. Milligan; and her siblings, William Warren Tuten, Gene Tuten and Jackie Tuten Wynne.
She is survived by: her son Michael "Mike" Allen Milligan; her brother Terry Tuten (Susan); her pet Kelly; her nieces and nephews, Gloria Wynne Blake, Dr. Tracy Tuten, Renee Tuten, Jimmy Wynne, Ryan Smith, Jeannie and Jennette Tuten; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Robert Blake, Haley, Reagan Denny and Bailey; and her caregivers, Pat Hodges, Mattie Moore and Sylvia Wallace. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
