With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Slaughter Daniels of Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on March 4, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Slaughter and Elva Dunn Slaughter; and her husband Lester Daniels. She is survived by: her daughter Bennette Rouse (David) of Washington; her grandson Blake Rouse of Washington; and her sisters, Mildred Edwards of Chocowinity and Roberta Hodges of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
