It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Cutler (Washington, North Carolina), who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Mozingo and Mary Tripp Mozingo; her spouse Oler Cutler; and her son Wayne Andrews. She is survived by: her daughter Teri Andrews (Liz Leib) of Washington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
