She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Edward Cutler and Clara Mitchell Cutler; her husband Paul Edward Congleton, Sr.; her brothers, Herman P. Cutler, Earl Cutler and Allen Franklin Cutler; her great grandchild Andy Pate; and her son-in-law Terry Deal.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah C. "Debbie" Deal of Washington, Paul Edward "Eddie" Congleton, Jr. (Jackie) of Washington and Ricky Lane Congleton (Kam) of Clayton; her grandchildren, Paula Nobles (Kelvin) of Vanceboro, Adam Congleton (Karen) of Greenville, Jessica Woolard (Josh) of Washington, Jacy Pate (Chris) of Smyrna, TN and Joe Paul Congleton of Clayton; her great grandchildren, Kelsey of Vanceboro, Katie Nobles of Vanceboro, Colby of Washington, Felicity Woolard of Washington, Kaleb of Greenville, Isaac of Greenville, Luke of Greenville and Gracyn Congleton of Greenville; and her sisters, Louise Cutler of Washington, Lois Perry of Washington and Evelyn Nelson of Kinston.
