We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, at the age of 89, Joyce A. Bell of Washington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guido Andreoli and Mildred A. Mason; her spouse Willie McMellon "Dutchie" Bell III; and her son Willie M. Bell IV. She is survived by: her stepfather Ben Mason; her children, David Guido Bell (Gemma) of Washington, James A. "Tony" Bell of Simpson and Ann Bell Gurganus (Ray) of Washington; and her stepdaughter Sherry P. Rose (Billy) of Washington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Beaufort County Animal Shelter, 3931 US-264, Washington, N.C. 27889 or a charity of one's choice.
